Privacy Notice

Draft for review. These pages reflect current product documents. Confirm the operator’s legal details and production practices before using them as final policies.

Who handles your information

LabaPH is the working name of this laundry shop service. The legal name and address of the service operator, its formal privacy contact, and its production hosting arrangements have not yet been confirmed. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].

If you are a laundry customer whose details were entered by a shop, contact that shop as well. The shop decides which customer details it enters and uses to handle orders.

Information in LabaPH

The current product can contain:

  • Account email, display name, business membership, and access roles.
  • Shop and order records, which may include customer names, optional phone numbers, laundry preferences or notes, service quantities, balances, payment entries, refunds, and pickup details.
  • Staff activity and change history for operational and financial records.
  • Subscription request details, including transfer amount, date, reference, and a privately stored receipt image.

Shop owners and staff enter shop and customer information. Account details are provided during registration or staff setup. Subscription request details are submitted by the business owner.

Why the service uses information

The app uses account information to sign users in and apply business, role, and branch access. It uses shop records to track laundry work, payments, shifts, supplies, expenses, reports, and the history of changes. Platform administrators review subscription requests and receipt images to manage branch coverage.

LabaPH does not initiate or automatically verify customer payments. Shop staff verify external transfers and enter their records in the app.

Who can access information

Shop owners and authorized staff can access records according to their account role and branch assignment. Owners can access business-wide operational records. Subscription receipt images are available to the business owner and authorized platform administrators; platform administrators do not routinely access customer transaction records.

The implemented application uses Supabase for account authentication and its database. The production host, data region, service-provider list, and any cross-border transfers still need confirmation before publication of a final notice.

Retention and deletion

LabaPH keeps activity history for operational and financial changes. Subscription expiry does not delete shop records. The product documents do not yet set retention periods, backup deletion periods, or a general account and customer-record deletion process. These details must be established by the service operator before this notice is final.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, your rights may include:

  • Objecting to certain processing or requesting erasure or blocking.
  • Requesting portability, seeking damages, or filing a complaint.

Details to confirm before publication
