Terms of Use
Draft for review. These pages reflect current product documents. Confirm the operator’s legal details and production practices before using them as final policies.
About LabaPH
LabaPH is a web application for laundry shops to record orders, customer details, payments, branch activity, and subscription status. The legal name and address of the service operator have not yet been confirmed in the project documents.
These terms describe the current product scope. The operator must complete the remaining legal terms and the signup acceptance process before treating this page as a final agreement.
Accounts and access
Owners create an account and set up one business and its first branch. Owners can create staff accounts and assign roles and branch access. Each person should use their own account, and owners should review access when staff responsibilities change.
Keep account credentials private. Contact support if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. The current product does not include a self-service account recovery flow.
Trial and subscriptions
After business setup, an eligible new business receives one free trial covering one branch for 14 calendar dates, with the setup date counted as the first day. A retry does not restart the trial, and an existing business does not receive another one.
Current subscription prices are ₱199 per month or ₱1,990 per year for one branch, plus ₱149 per month or ₱1,490 per year for each additional branch. Annual coverage provides 12 months for the price of 10.
Subscription payments are transferred outside LabaPH and reviewed manually. Sending a payment reference or receipt does not activate coverage; coverage starts after the payment and dates are approved. LabaPH does not process the transfer or issue automatic refunds. The operator still needs to complete cancellation and refund terms.
Using the service
LabaPH records shop activity. Shop staff remain responsible for weighing laundry, checking customer information, verifying external payments, and confirming each handover. The app requires an internet connection to save work and does not synchronize offline records.
Reports are operational records. LabaPH does not provide accounting profit calculations, tax filing, or fiscal invoice generation. A browser-printed claim slip is an operational document, not a fiscal invoice.
Owners are responsible for authorizing staff access and ensuring they provide any privacy notice required for customer details entered into their shop account.
Subscription expiry
An expired or uncovered branch cannot accept new orders or authorize new rewashes. When the business-wide trial or subscription expires, shop routes and actions are blocked for every role. Expiry does not delete existing records. Owners can review renewal options in the app.
